Our conversion package consists of:

• Vamoose Elevating roof (colour coded if necessary) installed with deluxe twin adult roof bed , after the vehicle interior is cleaned with solvents all the wall and door cavities are insulated and then lined with best quality automotive lining carpet using only high temperature adhesive.
• A new foam insulated 12.5mm thick hardwood marine ply floor is then installed.
• Industrial quality non slip Altro flooring is then installed over the whole floor area. Wiring is then pre- installed for 240v & 12v systems.
• Our custom designed and manufactured Vorhinger ply furniture is then installed, this houses the Smev twin hob with ignition and flame failure device, matching Smev sink with microswitch tap, Waeco CRX 50 compressor fridge with freezer removable compartment, Thetford Cube WC is installed, Sargent Power Management System with safety RCD and MCBs etc. Plenty of storage is included, a large wardrobe with shelves and hanging rail, leisure battery box with leisure battery and twin cylinder gas locker vented to the outside.
• Mains hook up system including the hook up lead is installed. Stainless double 240v socket, 12 volt USB and gas isolation valve, a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm are also included.
• Our own fully-certificated , M1 tested ‘BEDROCK’ hydraulic reclining bed system , powder coated and complete with 2 x 3 point safety belts is then mounted into the vehicle, this gives safety and peace of mind when travelling with passengers and also doubles up as a fully adjustable double recliner. This innovative bed design enables maximum use of boot space if larger items need to be carried. A large drop down door is also integral to the bed.
• The mattress is made from high density flame retardant foam upholstered with flame retardant VW cloth, matching curtains and tie backs are fitted to the whole van including the cab area, we even supply matching cushions.
• The passenger seat has a TUV approved seat swivel to make the most of the cab area. 2 tables are included, 1 for the rear and a folding one for the front passenger which doubles up as a prep table for outside.
• We include a fitted cab mat and a door mat for the rear to keep your floor covering in pristine condition, 4 LED lights are installed 1 in the roof and 1 in the food prep area and 1 above the sliding door as well as a reading light at the rear.
• The van is then finished with our subtle Vamoose logos to show you made the right choice . Full certification & build photos for DVLA can also be provided.
